Ep. 14: Sarah Kodish-Eskind, Creative Mutual Aid, Creating A Therapeutic Art Practice, And Showing Up For Yourself.

Todays episode is with Sarah, an artist and art therapist working in Philly. Here is a little more about them! Sarah works as a registered art therapist and maintains a personal art practice. Their art making is rooted in exploring human experience through relational themes within oneself, with others, collectives and systems. They work with pen, ink, watercolor, cut paper, acrylics, digitally and ceramics most regularly. Pre-pandemic, Sarah hosted Make Night, free and open access community gatherings supporting creative practice and community building. They also create workshops for creative based self reflection and occasionally make works for sale, gifting, or trade. She earned her MA in Art Therapy and Counseling at Drexel University and holds a BFA in Printmaking from Tyler School of Art, Temple University.
