1:1 Art As Ritual Session

Intuitive art is an intuitive healer. But more than that, it is a spiritual practice that with the right framing can be therapeutic. This offering is tailor made for you and your goals. But with the focus not being on product, but instead the practice. What feels good, what fuels your creativity, what allows you to move deeper into your intuitive self is what our focus will be. This can be around any medium you find most exciting. The focus is not just how to use a medium, but how to use it in a way to help you channel your creative intuitive self! After an initial consultation, we can talk about what your needs are and how to get where you want to be in a creative sense. I am simply here to assist you in channeling your magic! Art as ritual is great for all levels. My focus as a teacher/healer is to support what you want to create in a way that feels good and support you in that journey. Connecting with art as a tool for healing, ritual, and self care! This magic is for those who might feel like they cannot create without the voice in your head talking down to you. This is for those who love art but feel they are in a creative slump. This is for those who feel they are not creative at all and want to finally explore their creativity by framing it in a way that truly empowers them. Containers for Spiritual work that is Creative

More than a one off experience these offerings are designed for you to dig deep over time

Sacred Cloth

$333 – Six 1 hour sessions.

(This container will be open for registration on 6/1/22)

This is a sacred container that works to cultivate an intention so that you can tap into your magic. Over the course of three months we will be working together (in person or over zoom) to create some magic, combining Reiki, tarot, and natural dyes. Each month we will meet twice. One 60 minute Reiki session and one 60 minute check in to help process what is coming up for you around the intention. This is energy work with a focus on creating a piece of art that you can then keep as talisman of your intention. Each month will be broken down into different parts of the dye process with the intention of planting, growing, and lastly harvesting an intention. Taking time and care to nurture this intention as one would a garden. By the end of the three months, we will have co created a one-of-a-kind piece of naturally dyed fabric that you can wear daily reminder of your intention or use as a ritual tool on your alter.

Month 1 : Planting - focusing on cultivating your intention - finding the plant material to use.

Month 2 : Tending - Focusing on deepening your connection to that intention - the actual dye process

Month 3 : Harvesting - Focusing on internalizing the intention - Taking the final piece home.

Things to keep in mind before you book

Art is about the process, not the product.

My intuitive art as ritual sessions are not about painting like an old master or even like Bob Ross. (Not that we can’t all benefit from some good old fashioned techniques) These classes are more focused on unboxing our anxiety around making art and tapping into our creative, intuitive selves. To empower you to find your creative, intuitive and authentic voice as an artist. Yes! You are an artist. By picking up the brush you take the first step into diving into the magic of making art. So my focus is making sure you feel empowered to pursue your creative self without fear. To use art as a tool for your spiritual self. So that the experience is sacred and nurtured. Yes we will talk about basics into mediums and techniques but not until we unpack what might block you from really charging into your authentic creative self! So don’t focus on the product. Focus on how you feel through the process. This is a ritual for your self-care and spiritual self.

Tarot is not fortune telling

This is a core beliefs for myself as a reader. My way of reading is intuitive but also holistic. Its about being open to the truth we know deeply. Its a tool to open our awareness not overwhelm us with the unknown fate coming for us all. My readings are not intended to give yes or no answers but rather act as a mirror as an extension of your self care practice. Here to support you with questions around themes, tarot is a great mirror into our hearts and our minds.

Reiki is not a replacement for other therapies

Reiki is a fantastic tool for healing, however it is not a replacement for a doctor or therapist. Reiki is a form of energetic healing but in no way a way to circumvent other therapies or medication. Reiki is never a substitute for medical treatment. I am also not willing or able to give medical advice because I am a Reiki practitioner and not a doctor. It should be used in relationship with your medical practitioner and or therapist as part of a whole holistic experience. Reiki is a powerful healing tool that can be supportive and calming but for some can feel overwhelming. Reiki is intended to be a relaxing experience, however if you are sensitive and feel uncomfortable please feel free to be open about your needs and I will do all that I can to make sure you get the most out of your session. You comfort is the first priority in our sessions together.
